Founded in 1968 by Nimet Şimşek, the Şimşek Group is among Türkiye's well-established and versatile business groups operating in various sectors. With its shared management approach, strong ethical values, and sustainable growth strategy, it continues to create value by bringing different business units together under one roof.

With a focus on distribution, sales, and operational excellence, we operate in the beverage, automotive, lubricants, tobacco, fleet, insurance, and food sectors; and we develop collaborations with strong national and international brands. Our business units, each specializing in its own field, operate nimbly with their own dynamics, while creating a structure that feeds each other through shared intelligence, data, and strategic alignment, building the future together.
